Yes. Thank you. Judging from discussions about /var/run on the debian-
devel mailing list, mounting a tmpfs on /var/run has been the default
for a long time, so I wonder why nobody reported this bug sooner...
As a workaround, you can put
install -d -o prayer -m 0750 /var/run/prayer

Bruce,
There is one user experiencing the problem with a Matrox card.

drivers-177/+bug/296167/comments/25
I'm not sure its an nvidia issue since :
- Downgrading xorg + friends solves the problem.
- Switching to twinview works around
I'm not sure whether it's a nvidia issue. I experience the same problems
with a ATI Mobility x600 using fglrx drivers with a two monitor setup
using xinerama.

This should be fixed in Intrepid, which has the following in debian/rules now:
+ mkdir -p debian/php5-mcrypt/etc/php5/conf.d
+ install -m 644 debian/mcrypt.ini
debian/php5-mcrypt/etc/php5/conf.d/mcrypt.ini
Please reopen, in case I'm wrong. Thanks.
