a try. I can confirm I can connect with my server and I still have normal
[intra|inter]net connection.

seems to break resume from suspend only when invoked from Gnome-power-

I ran into this same problem with Intrepid, fresh install from the live
CD. Looking in "Add/Remove Programs", I can find a given program. Yet,
when using quick search in Synaptic and regular search, I only see
installed packages. In a previous install, this problem went away after
I installed so
