better that ffmpeg2theora would be in recommends because the scripts wouldn't
work otherwise but you pointed out we can't so I changed the debdiff and moved
ffmpeg2theora into suggests and kept
this bug is present on Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit network-
manager-0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1.8.10.1
and Ubuntu 9.04 64 bit network-manager-0.7-0ubuntu2
capture log is empty.
I only get a warning message that I described in the original bug
