application (Thunderbird, Firefox...).

No, I seem to think libmyth-perl should be in universe instead.
libmyth-0.21 is the only thing that ships the patent encumbered pieces -
and libmyth-perl does not depend on libmyth-0.21

I added the team's ppa to sources in intrepid and installed all the
updates and rebooted. I can't tell if this is fixed or not because it
won't let me edit my wired connection's name. It's stuck to "auto eth0"
and I can't remove it or edit anything about it because it says it's
"read-only". Network
This kernel is total win on my EeePC 701 running UNR. It makes things
usable again. I here by give my blessings.

Why has it been set to "invalid"? We are some here to be be affected by
this bug.
I've found another way to display the problem, here is the test case:
- use your connection until it drops
- open a terminal, and ping your wifi hotspot and keep it running
Results will be :
- you'll get for about 2
No, I am not able to backport patches, thus I cannot judge whether that
is feasible. I guess, it should though.

Hm, the python3.0 problem makes it even more tricky. In jaunty its not
listed in any suppored/unsupported/old-versions. So currently python-
central ignores it complettely. What should it now do?
