Guys, this doesn't affect just Ubuntu, it happens on Windows machines also. As annoying as this bug is, it is just that... annoying. It is not damaging to the system, and the workaround of holing the mouse button down until the menu appears instead of pressing it quickly is hardly a show-stopper.
