It seems that the systems suspends properly. And resumes too, but
unfortunately the LCD backlight remains off. I can blindly login (I see the
wifi led turning from blinking to steady "on") but then.. well, that's it.

I found an other solution for the problem, that allows to change
automatically the sound output: after "options snd-hda-intel
model=lenovo" I tried "options snd-hda-intel model=asus-v1s" and now, if
I insert the jack when Ubuntu is charged, all works fine. I hope that is

The reason a folder is being copied is because the DND action is set to
copy. Normal launchers work find because the .desktop file is copied.
However the Places menu items don't work as they are not .desktop files.
Therefore a string containing the folder path is sent, and nautilus
therefore copies
Still occurs in Jaunty 32bit (VirtualBox) and Karmic Alpha-4 (real
hardware, PS2 keyboard). I boot the livecd, press F6 add single, boot,
and then nothing works. I can type RR and it seems as though it selects

I should mention one little detail: even with "Camera" I get all the
same error messages, which are, to be sure, annoying. However, there's
no arguing with results, and "Camera" is in fact extracting my photos
despite any supposed mounting problems.
