I don't know why, but I installed karmic again on the same machine (dell
Inspiron 1520) , while it is connected to Ethernet, and now the Ethernet
and wireless are working (after installing the non-STA driver. I will

I have tracked down the issue in more detail on Fedora, and it turns out that
all versions of midori later than 0.1.4 will work there correctly in
conjunction with webkitgtk version 1.1.10 and later. What happens when you

Having exact same issue with Acer Aspire One D150 (Atom N280) with
latest BIOS 1.11 of 2009/09/21 (guess you have D250 as BIOS 1.15 was
released for that machine same day). Now this is with Arch Linux, so
it's probably offtopic OS too, but as this seems to be the only thread
on the net with any act
I have the same issue with an 8800GT card. Alpha 6, and Beta Live CDs
fail to boot. Screen goes black and then stops outputting to the

my wireless card is down after upgrading from 8.10 to 9.04
it was working fine on 8.10
