I've just tried this workaround in Ubuntu 9.10 and it doesn't seem to
have any effect! I also tried de-activating the ally-keyboard plugin
for good measure but no luck. My keyboard input is still totally

When GUI is needed, use no session, only openbox window manager from startx.

I found an issue with the window hint in the investment list window. For
an unknown reason when using the WINDOW_TYPE_HINT_DOCK hint the window
manager leaves a frame shadow after the investment list window is
closed. Changing the hint to WINDOW_TYPE_HINT_TOOLBAR resolves this
issue.

I had the issue of audio lag with Skype; pulseaudio 1:0.9.19-0ubuntu4.1
Upgraded Skype to the latest version, 2.1.0.81, and my lag is gone. It
may be worthwhile for those experiencing the problem to upgrade Skype
before trying to install the latest pulseaudio.

enter/add
