Binary package hint: network-manager
There are lots of similar bugs but with differences. I'm running
Kubuntu 9.10 and have manually configured a static ip address using
Network-Manager. When I click the network manager icon it shows my
static route available to activate.

Not a dpkg bug either, though. This error message (emitted by debconf,
not dpkg) says that something else is using the debconf database, which
almost certainly means that you have more than one package management
program running at once; you need to close the other one.

Yes, that was my first think, that this "bug" is a CD or drive fail. But
not, because i tried with Intrepid CD, and it was good. The CD is clean
and good readable, because i tried it in another drive.

I discovered that by changing the USB port that my mouse was plugged
into would cause the problem to go away for a while. It will always come
back in time (a few hours, days, or weeks), but at least it's a partial
solution.
This does not happen on other operating systems (namely Windows XP and
7),
I believe I've found the problem here. The debian/firefox-
vimperator.install file is still copying the installed files to
usr/lib/iceweasel/... instead of usr/lib/firefox/...
I'll see if I can get this fixed, if no one else does.
