Just a small update:
From time to time I can boot without the nomodeset option. I still could not
figure out why in most of the cases the system goes to a black screen (freeze)
without the nomodeset option - while sometimes, out of a sudden, I can boot

Wrong parsing of Amarok ui-files
Just installed today's live cd and I am not able to create any account
in empathy I get the same error message but empathy debug log does not
show anything new when the message comes so this is turning out to be
gnome-keyring issue as it appears every time when creating the same

I want to withdraw my earlier speculation that hibernate-disk fixes the
crashing problem. It doesn't. I think I got lucky initially but over the
last several weeks have crashed a lot when resuming from hibernation.

In my case I want to build kmymoney2 3.95.0 that use the kleopatra api
found in kdepim in kde4. That is mandatory to build kmymoney2 and
nothing that gives some optional feature. in a nutshell; kmymoney2 is
broken without it.
I really can't see why it would be wise to keep the whole kdepim
unfortunately i don't know how to do this.. my friend believes it had to
do with a failed update.
