I left the button detection that was used in Lucid untouched in the patch.
Basically, it disables the bottom button area of the touchpad to use for
buttons. This was done so that the mouse cursor doesn't bounce around the
screen when you press a button. Unfortunately, this is the same

crash was in the DRI2 SwapBuffers codepath fixed in 2.12, and no one has
reported this as affecting xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.12.

Hi, regarding Audacious 2.3 and Ubuntu 10.04 (2.6.32-24-generic x86_64
GNU/Linux) this bug transformed to inability of Audacious to play the

I have a Ubuntu 10.10 which is upgrade from Ubuntu 10.04, everything is
up-to-date.
The default language is English, after I install the Chinese (whatever
simplified or traditional), I drag the Language in the front, then a
crash report
This problem no longer exists in 10.04, will try 10.10 later on and
report back if it's different from 10.04.

The regression in Debian is fixed (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=592991) and there is no Ubuntu delta required
anymore (udev rule is not being installed anymore; see

A fix for this issue was just checked into the uvcvideo repository by
Laurent Pinchart. It should be picked up by the V4L maintainer soon.
Laurent indicated it should be in 2.6.36. I was the person who tested
Laurent's change for this camera, and the fix is *very* conservative,
safe, and camera s
yes, I followed these instructions (and also installed the whole utouch
package).
I get the same behaviour (and log) with or without the xorg.conf section which
is the only text in my xorg.conf as the file didn't exist at all.
