on even if i print: hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x1d SET_POWER_STATE 1 .
So maybe it is not a power_state issue.

I tried it the way you did and the bug didn't occoured (same version
here). But if you edit an existing entry (Preferences) and add
parameters they will disappear on the next restart of liferea.
