Summary: I tested this today (on a different system), and it appears that the
bug is in wxwidgets2.8 rather than filezilla.
I didn't want to interfere with the current running instance of
Filezilla on the amd64 system where I originally produced this bug. So I

It is tempting to upgrade to Ubuntu LTS version 10.04.2 to 10.10 I encounter
several problems.
When I enter the command line : ubuntu-bug linux-image-2.6.35-25-generic
This program is not responding after ticking the appropriate boxes in
succession box.
I am forced to use the manual method.
