Title:
modemmanager prevents Gobi 2000 firmware
I have a Google CR-48 and am running natty, I believe this has the same
Gobi2000 modem installed. The card doesn't work for me, I checked the
version number and it matches the one on launchpad. I also do not have
any ttyUSB* devs listed either. Thank you.

I've sent mails to the dropbox guys on our progress but in the past
they've waited until things settled down (as we approach beta to fix
things).

A pop-up when I started the computer
ProblemType: Crash
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04
Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.14.0-4ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-6.34-generic 2.6.38-rc7
Uname: Linux 2.6.38-6-generic x86
Most likely a chipset problem, but that's well beyond my expertise. I'm
pretty sure this will require some heavy lifting/searching by someone
with more experience. :-/

David: still present, Evince in Natty still contains 333 strings.
It is also interesting that the rules file includes gnome.mk, so in theory, it
should build the pot file.

Public bug reported:
I suggest that support for the Ortek PKB1700 wireless keyboard be included in
the kernel.
Ortek WKB2000 is already there, and there is a simple patch

that does this. It is just to add the hardware id for PKB1700 along with the

Can you test now removing the toshiba_acpi module instead? It's a shot
in the dark and I doubt it may change anything, but as it registers a
backlight device too, worth a quick check it there isn't any conflict
(anyway it shouldn't cause problems from what I saw).
Also with toshiba_acpi loaded, I
thanks for the bug report but the issue you are facing is not caused by
unity itself. its a crash in gnome-settings-daemon please report a bug
with the .crash file in you /var/crash directory with the name gnome-
settings-daemon in it.
