I have on Natty 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu x86_64 and Linksys USB with
p54usb. It gets "some" AP, but not all. If I change to my own compiled

I just discovered something - some of the windows which should appear in the
lower panel with the other window buttons are in the upper panel but there
is a button section that is almost if not completely invisible in the top
panel

My problem was with the live CD (I have FreeBSD taking up the whole
disk drive, and don't want to install Ubuntu in this system). There

Unix specific problem, in that having LANG=C set means even if your
console supports non-ascii characters Bazaar is not being given the
information needed to interpret them.
The fix is you're having this problem is to set your environment to
include your encoding, like LANG=ro_RO.UTF-8 or similar.
Also the right package for this is probably linux and not pm-utils.

It seems that upgrading some version of python-numpy that moved all the
python files to pyshared left a whole lot of .pyc files around in
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/numpy/ that were confusing other python
users of numpy.
I ran "sudo rm -r /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/numpy/" and pytraine

You can install the linux-image- .deb package from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux
It will install alongside the old kernel, so you can choose between them when
booting.
The syslog messages are pretty bad. Please attach the syslog from the
new kernel.

Currently the bluetooth icon on this system is grey-ed out and is unable
to attach a device via bt. Bluetooth preferences has a giant "Turn

I (the author) also get this with my HP OfficeJet 6500.
Pressing cancel ejects the page, so I don't have to pull it out.
Alternatively, exiting gscan2pdf should also eject the page.
For some reason HPLIP doesn't eject the last page from the ADF until
the complete interface is closed.

original one was about missing support for type 0 (empty or no image).
