on my own system. It fixes this bug, the two that are marked as
duplicates (but which are actually separate bugs in the same file), and
also #785828. It also fixes several other problems that don't have
separate bugs filed.
Has anyone else NOT found the test kernel to fix this bug, or am I the
only one?

windows don't respond when they have been minimized. You have to shade them to
the titlebar and restore them to fix window mapping for it.

This patch defines _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS so fstat
and mmap become fstat64 and mmap64.

access. RedSingularity gave me these to fix it:
