After some testing of the latest released Ubuntu kernel version

uploaded to Debian unstable (Oneiric sync request to follow). I must
apologize however: I had forgotten about this bug report and your patch
John, so I failed to credit you for your work when I applied the same

Thanks for the patch. I still get the ld segfault here, so I uploaded it to
Ubuntu and we'll see if it's a general problem of just a local issue here.
