not (fully) wake up after standby but I could not find any signs of the
invalid framebuffer id log entry. So I stopped testing 3.4 but

Minor correction: In my previous comment I erroneously wrote
/etc/init/alsa-{re}store.conf instead of /etc/init/alsa-{re}store.
In the meantime I commented out the load-module module-device-restore

Disabling 802.11n stopped the frequent dropouts.
This is still a regression issue because I have used 802.11n without
issue previously.

I got the same question, can't got ethernet to work.
Now I ubuntu 12.04.I thought the problem maybe the network driver is disabled.
when I used command lshw -C network, it told me that -network UNCLAIMED.
