on 12.04 symlinking libneon ::
cd /usr/lib
sudo mv libneon-gnutls.so.27 libneon-gnutls.so.27.old
sudo ln -s libneon.so.27 libneon-gnutls.so.27
no longer works
so i took libneon from oneiric,from here
