I'm experiencing a similar (or the same) bug. I'm running a fresh
install of pure Xubuntu 12.10. Suspend works perfectly on battery.
When I close the lid and disconnect AC power (either by pulling the
adapter or undocking), the laptop doesn't suspend.
When I open the lid again, I see the XScreen
If Ubuntu's ffmpeg can't produce correct aac files, this encoder should
better be disabled.

I have dualboot - Win7 is (for me) really great OS. But i preffer Linux on my

Here you are reporting 4 different problems. I think most of them are

There is no longer autoconnection of 3G devices, so the problems related

discovered that running lxpanel in terminal resulted in the funky

On Lubuntu 12.10 amd64, it is much more but that is because of the 64bit as far
as I know: 180MB - 190MB
