Can you add details for any other protocols except Facebook and Google?
I am seeing the same bug with all protocols except those two, and I'm
seeing this on all my fresh installs of raring, so it seems to me like
something more serious then a low priority bug.

Not work Logitech HD Pro
After more experimenting it looks like a compiz regression, probably
sometime in march. I verified that the bug can't be reproduced with
gnome-shell and it can be reproduced with gnome fallback session, with
compiz but no unity. There were several fixes in late march related to
window decoration
@Joseph, the backport has not been done yet then?
Over the past few weeks I've used the 3.8 kernel but have not been able to
reproduce the problem anymore. I assumed this got fixed somewhere along the
line.
