I also downloaded the 12.04.2 server ISO several times directly from
Ubuntu and via torrent and all had the correct MD5 but all failed the
disk check and won't install. I am going to try 12.04.1 to and hope I
get the same success others are seeing.

Am I the only one who gets an error saying that I should stop
S15networking via sudo service networking stop or sudo stop networking?
I tried running that command alone and I get a crash. Perhaps this is
what's causing the problem?

driver is enabled or not.
The message is just a warning at the end of configure, not a stopper.

I'm using Linux Mint 15, which is based on ubuntu raring so it may work

It's the same vulnerability. As far as I see the package got

I now think that my problem was caused by lack of disk space - culprit
was a different application. Prior to discovering this I uninstalled TB
17.06 and installed Daily (i.e. TB 24.0a 2013-06-12) which also crashed
in the same way but became stable when I removed my second imap account
from it.
