I can now reproduce it by hibernating two times. As the attached dmesg shows, resume after first std works fine, resume from the second std onwards results in no video output. As it may be a kernel issue, I tested it with the 3.11 saucy and the 3.12 tusty kernel. Both show the same behavior.
