issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to

It most definitively is not fixed. I have the latest Unity 7.2.3 and
this bug still exists. Furthermore I am also unable to open another
terminal. The only way that I can get back into my computer is to SSH to
it and run sudo unity --replace

xfce4-indicator-plugin is not configurable - hide does not work
FYI—I just realized from the above mentioned file that one can simply
run "git gui" instead of having to remember the full path /usr/lib/git-
core/git-gui as I had been doing. This eliminates the need for a GUI
shortcut for me, but it would probably still be helpful to others.

Today I had a rather strange experience, have been developing with 14.04 on arm
for a couple of weeks.
maybe 18 years linux experience, but hey amateur.
autocomplete in bash for commands as per ./dosomething has worked fine
eg ./do + Tab and En
I replaced the symbolic link with the actual file and phpMyAdmin now
shows up in avahi-discover.
