I think this bug is due to the change in the mesa package to build
osmesa without using the shared glapi. I have seen similar errors using
libosmesa6 10.1.3-0ubuntu0.6, when a program is linked with both libGL
and libOSMesa. If the libosmesa6 packages are downgraded to
10.1.3-0ubuntu0.4, the errors
I have the same issue on current (16.04 amd64) installer on latest
stable VirtualBox (5.0.20) on Windows 10 64 Bit (current stable Win10).
Enabling EFI (EFI, Special on OSs only in Machine settings) Virtual Box
and setting up a 8 GB Dynamically Allocated disk triggered the issue.

Since upgrading to 16.04 clicking the middle mouse button (scroll wheel)
on my Logitech M185 stopped working.
xev does not even show the event for clicking the wheel, while it shows
other button clicks and scroll wheel up/down events.

today, after I switched WiFi off, the phone switched to mobile data, but
internet was not working at all.
Differently from the WiFi case, where ping was working and it seems
DNS was the only broken piece, now with mobile data not even ping
is working.
Here are "nmcli d", "nmcli c" and "ip route
Does anybody have a reliable reproduce case for this bug? I have some
patches I'd like to test which I think should fix it, but I cannot get
the test case attached in comment #10 to hang at all, even without the
fixes.

Recently, when my alarm goes off in the morning, and I tap the OK button
to close it, that when I later unlock my phone for the first time, the
clock app is opened. The clock app should not be opened whenever I
cancel an alarm.
This is on rc-proposed on hammerhead (Nexus 5),
