Use gtk_icon_theme_lookup_by_gicon_for_scale() does not solve the issue,
that's why I tried GTK commit 001598a.
And I just found out that gtk_icon_theme_load_icon_for_scale() is not a
good solution, because it blurs my Shutter and Skype icon. It's really
weird, because I think the change didn't

I (obviously) don't have time to work on this. Back then I submitted a
patch to the developers to try to improve detection, but they didn't
like it. It's not clear there is a way to detect mice reliably, so one
approach might be to just always show the settings even we can't detect
a mouse. If
Obviously I don't mean proposed-updates, but proposed for Yakkety.
