Got some crash on Xenial too, fixed by doing sudo ppa-purge kubuntu-ppa
/backports-landing, which downgraded the following packages to their
kubuntu-ppa/backports versions:

Also the official flash-kernel_3.0~rc.4ubuntu64_armhf.deb sets the fdt

Upon further inspection: The flash-kernel from the rpi3 PPA
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-raspi2/+archive/ubuntu/ppa-rpi3 is only
published for Xenial and there, the boot script sets the fdt address to
0x100 instead of 0x200. And that works without explicitly loading
the fdt.

It appears to be fixed now though, either that or the alsamixer fix is
now sticky. If it doesn't work out of the box then do an update and if
that doesn't work try the alsamixer fix and it should then continue to

I seem to have fixed this by adding `atkbd.reset` to my boot parameters.
You can add them to `GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX` and
`GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT` in `/etc/default/grub` then `sudo update-
grub` for them to apply on every boot.

on recent kernels including 4.4.0-57-generic, I observe more often than not the
following behaviour after clicking the Hibernate button in XFCE4 interface :

Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 runs ubiquity without root so it fails

This occurs in a stacked policy situation, where there is a system
policy is being applied but within the container namespace, the policy
is unconfined.
The special casing for unconfined with no-new-privs is not properly
detecting this case. I will have a test kernel with a fix for this issue

I already read #25 4 or more times and it did not provide sufficient

Had similar crash message on the screen after reboot on a new install (< 1d).
Message could not be copied, but details were submitted (after confirmation).
