where Firefox needed to access /dev/shm. Could you double check if you

For a long while, I've been using this local include file with success
on Xenial 16.04. To make use of it, download the "local/usr.bin.firefox"
file to /tmp and do:
sudo cp /tmp/usr.bin.firefox /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.bin.firefox
sudo apparmor_parser -r -T -W /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox
We have found another workaround for this in openstack clouds. Somehow
this issue seems to be exacerbated by live_migration_tunnelled being on.

Can you get the full output of the `systemctl` when it fails next time? It
seems there is a message about "Failed with r" however it is cut off.
To get the complete output, right after the failure run:
`systemctl status nginx.service -l`
