Yep got this problem and tired varios methods of installing it but every
method runs into the same runtime error:
composeAndFlush: makeCurrent() failed
as soon as it loads a model.

Hi, I have a PEAQ PNB S1015 i2N3, and I have issues starting since my initial

I have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon 5th gen, and am also affected. Modprobing
psmouse also temporarily fixes for me (but if comes back if I close the
lid of my laptop and wake it up again), and adding the
synaptics_intertouch option in grub also seems to prevent it from coming

I have an MSI GF63-7RD Gaming Laptop with i7-8750H and NVIDIA GTX-1050Ti.
I am able to install ubuntu 18 on my laptop following the instructions
here(https://gist.github.com/mari-linhares/cef4cb3440408e44963d1447a7db5ae0) .
But after installation it was always using NVIDIA Graphics
Needless verbosity is the problem here, IMO. I'd expect to receive
output from the installer only when the download or install fails for
some reason, not when it succeeds.
(Also, to me the culprit here seems to be flashplugin-installer and not
update-notifier, as plenty of other packages also

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1796315, so is being marked as such.
I haven't been able to replicate it in a Unity session but I can't
replicate this at will in gnome-shell either so it's hard to confirm
it's a gnome-shell issue. I wouldn't be surprised though as it's been
extremely buggy so far.

What I did:
Open qterminal --drop via lxqt-runner, close it with the shortcut set in
qterminal's preferences (F12). Press F12 again.
What I expected to happen: Qterminal opens the dropdown window again.
What happened instead: Nothing.
What I also tried: I set the shortcut

I have a running installation of ubuntu on my HDD with WINDOWS 10, Ubuntu
18.04.1 and home partition. I tried to install on a new SSD from a live USB.
Impossible to have grub installed : your system won't be able to start.
I will try to install grub manually

Didn't test thoroughly. Worked fine with a simple test configuration.
When the directory/folder contains more folders in multiple levels (ie
3-4 folders the one inside the other), with long names, fails as
usual...

kubuntu 18.04 desktop regularly freezes. Mouse cursor still moving, but
no reaction to mouse buttons or keyboard keys. Display doesn't update
