I had to use kernel 3.13.0-157 to have suspend + newest microcode
working together without problems. Newer kernel versions would freeze
after suspend.
I downgraded microcode to 2.20140122.1 and then I could use the newest
kernel version to this date (3.13.0-162) without problems after suspend.

I P2V 2 windows workstations then took the VHDX files and converted them
to VDI using VBoxManage clonehd command. The VDI files were not
recognized by virtualbox. The could not been on a USB drive, NFS share,
or even on the home directory of the Ubuntu machine. I take the same
I tested with LightDM, ubuntu-drivers-common 1:0.5.2.2, and nvidia-prime
0.8.8.2, doing various combinations of `prime-select intel` and `prime-
select nvidia`; everything seems to work as described in the original
description.

I booted x86 thumb-drive and there are 11 entries between "American
English" and "British English (United Kingdom)" on x86/i686 installer, I
didn't even see "Australian English" (which doesn't worry me anyway [i'm
aussie])
