When using nvidia drivers, I get 2 Xorg logs, as I understand this is normal
behavior, since on a new system, when switching to nvidia drivers, the same
thing happens. When changing settings in nvidia-settings, the logs are updated
only in Xorg.1.log.

An update on this: it appears that this is NOT a bug in systemd-networkd
- I managed to trigger the same behaviour in NetworkManager too, it just

subbing to field high,

As for me this advertised feature of 20.04 was the main factor to
install this OS on my hardware, because previous 3 years the lack of
this feature prevented me from using Ubuntu.
Sadly, this bug affects me too - I am using Nvidia RTX 2070 Super
together with Asrock X570 Taichi and Ryzen 3600.
Not a huge fan of snaps, but I was able to work around the issue and get
a functioning glade instance on my 20.04 workstation by installing the
image from https://snapcraft.io/glade. Since this image works I tend to
agree with Nathan's assessment from comment #7.
