Feature request bug - show files behavior

I don't see a reason that the main application should stay open after
"show files" is clicked.
Wouldn't a more intuitive behavior be to close the archive browser when
you choose to show files?
I'm not complaining, and it's certainly not a deal-breaker for using
file-roller,
I suspect this happens when you install with automatic login, then turn
it off. Or when you're using some other derived distribution.

Adding a comment for completeness:
I was initially dismissive of a bug against photoprint here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/photoprint/+bug/260849/
Then I tried it with both binary packages and source packages. The
binary package failed. The source package succeeded. This clearly
I can confirm that this bug still evidences when installed from binary
packages.
I can also confirm that when built from source the bug does not
evidence.
As a stop-gap until the build system issue is resolved, I would
recommend triggering a build either manually or with a junk commit.

I tried turning off PulseAudio timer scheduling following the instructions on:

So far audio hasn't skipped since reboot, but the speaker icon in the
