Similar issue here. Had upgraded Ubuntu Gnome from 13.04 to 13.10 and
everything was perfect as before. But today I've upgraded Gnome-Shell
from 3.8 to 3.10 ( gnome3-team/gnome3-next PPA only, NOT staging) and
Fn combination keys for Volume, Brightness and Print Screen doesn't work
anymore. Nevert
The workaround provided by Tim (darkxst), in comment #31 solved the problem!

At least in a netbook, the Evolution's "Preferences" window is too large
to fit the screen. Instead of make use of the scroll bar the window uses
two workspaces, making it difficult to use. See screenshot for a better

In case Touchpad features like scrolling, tapping, etc do not work at all.
Common symptom is absence of 'Touchpad' Tab is not there in
System>Preferences>Mouse.
