The problem is still there.

- I want to install VirtualBox and it needs kernel headers for kernel
3.5.0-3-generic
- There is no way to install
Still nothing in the usual repositories. Did I miss something ?

This is blocking for Virtualbox installation for instance, that need the
headers
Same problem with a desktop computer : after suspend, the computer wakes up
immediately (this seems related to kernel version : see my post above)
None of the solutions above disabling usb worked.
The only solution that worked for me is the one given by *M* in

The probleme appears with kernel 3.2 and following.
With kernel 2.6.38 standby mode works properly.
