[Bug 1906148] [NEW] unable to read back board data in Arduino IDE

Public bug reported: Initially unable to connect via USB port to any Arduino board. No port was selectable in the Arduino IDE. Added tty to users group and then able to select com port and upload programs to the Arduino, however interrogation of the Arduino board not possible (tools,GetBoardInfo)
