nvidia driver at a time.
A second user logged-in gets stuck at 640x480 and llvmpipe for OpenGL.
Before the update around 11-12 March 2018, it was possible for multiple users
to use the nvidia
I spoke too soon, the lock screen is still 640x480, but when unlocked it
returns to 1920x1080. I can live with this, but something is still wrong
with the driver.

Regarding my comment #43:
The solution suggested in #46 doesn't work. While it does force 1920x1080, even
after login, the nvidia driver is not working.
lspci -v does show "Kernel driver in use: nvidia" for the card, but
nvidia-settings behaves as if the driver is not loaded and glxinfo shows
Forgot to mention in #43 that using bionic proposed didn't help.

I don't think it is true that _most_ icons cases are missing a 48x48
icon. In your showcase, 8/11 with icons have 48px icons. I think it is
actually the reverse, that most apps released after Windows XP (ten
years ago) do have 48x48 icons. Anyway, the point of an icon is to
identify the program

In the Background tab of the Appearance Preferences dialog, a stack of
background images has back and forward buttons below it. The back button
looks the same as the forward button. The back button does actually go
backwards. See attached screenshot.

Still exists in Maverick. Also, maverick adds two more memtest options
to grub, experimental multiboot, that are also broken, but in a
different way; they only see 640K of memory. Anyway, regular memtest
still fails to load, new memtest loads but only sees 640K. Now four
broken options in default

If I choose (C) configure - (3) Memory Sizing - (2) Probe, it will see the
full 2GB of memory.
I tried using the official memtest booted directly from a disk, and it worked
with (1) BIOS - Std, so this is only happening with this multiboot version.
