I thought that this was gdm not recognizing x11 (nox11)

so to me seeing the xsession errors made me question it

The issue seems to have been caused by the UTC no issue anymore
But I believe that it should be fixed so that users do not have to intervene to
make it run
ALSO the SIDE BY SIDE install method needs to change so that the user does not
need to repartition the disk to give the system more room

the full system I believe that this had something to do with the time settings
which I changed and mentioned in another bug report but I solved that and now
that fsck ran after the change made now system seems fine I was using the
maintenance prompt to load system and the recovery would not load

all of my kernels load now
after I did the
gedit /usr/share/initscripts/default.rcS
changed UTC line to UTC=no
it ran fsck once and loaded system then all kernels seem fine

I also notice the same thing but I can adjust setting in kernel 2.26.11
I do not need jackd for my audio settings they seem to work fine but
other controls not accessible like frames per second, file overwrite option and
several other options
I do not see how jackd would be a valid workaround as
the xsession is not building correct for the gdm
if this is not GDM the please point me to the correct package

I am on a desktop and this is a real pain I thought that it was an issue
with a partition and it completely keeps me from loading kernel 28.12 or
28.13 I can work with in the 28.11 but that means that I have to catch
it on load also I notice that this affects how x is loading my desktop

I don't believe that there is an issue as this has a simple workaround but I
will wait till the 31st before I move over I would like to see more on that
