login screen. There is an fsck "clean" message on the console causing
the system to switch to text mode during boot.

I think this could be caused by the monitor positions being slightly
weird (none are at 0,0). Although that's not a good excuse and it's
still a bug... Your Samsung monitor is positioned at x=47, y=0 which
doesn't make much sense. Try moving it to 0,0 in Settings or just edit
~/.config/monitors.xml

I'm not sure Xorg sessions are meant to support different scaling
factors per display. Because Xorg forces all compositors to render all
monitors from the same framebuffer. So presumably all displays are stuck
with the same scaling factor. This is fixed in Wayland sessions, but
Nvidia has too many
