Monitor.txt is attached.
Steps taken:
1) Connect BT mouse (not used, as this bug also seems to prevent mouse from
working - mouse works fine in 12.04).
2) Power down mouse
3) Power mouse back up
Dialog notifying upowerd crash is seen.

If you cycle the mouse on/off, do you eventually see a upowerd crash?
