I flagged #62567 as a duplicate. it's definitely the same problem.
the 0.18 plugins will not work with 0.20 regardless. we need them to be
synced properly.

I just experienced this same thing.
I just closed it using the [x], and it popped up a crash dialog.
Only one time so far though, I can't reproduce it step for step.
