OK, I missed the fact that a release manager needed to approve, before a
new package would be generated/published.

di the install test on i386 arch, and it's working as well.
libxfont1-dev (1:1.5.1-1ubuntu0.16.04.2) installs cleanly alongside
libxfont-dev (1:2.0.1-3~ubuntu16.04.1).
