@ Charlie: generally the "it has been for many releases" is not a good
motivation..
anyway it was meant to be just a suggestion so if we had a list of
system/user-setting/hardware-setting related applications the logic-
operator could be "does this program modify any kind of setting?"

@ Lionel:
uhmm I think that a Setting manager should cover all the settings
without distinctions (it covers keyboard, mouse, displays..I think it
can cover printers too)
instead the System Menu is an entry of the Application Menu so IMHO it
should just cover applications related to the system lik

Users expect having a Printer Manager avaible through the "Xfce Control

@ Charlie Kravetz, Mackenzie Morgan:
I wasn't thinking about a movement of the icon from the System Menu to
the "Xfce Control Panel", but about having both because a user would
expect to find a Printer Manager in the Control Panel, and it will look
more complete as well. I've made a quick mockup y

I think "Puppu Tuppu" has installed additional programs (like
rhythmbox), that have nautilus as a dependence. The workaround is
removing the Nautilus/Files process on the Session & Startup ->
Application Autostart list or just with the old but good:
sudo apt-get --purge remove nautilus

Public bug reported:
Xfce lacks of an icon to directly call system-config-printer. The icon
is not present in the Main Menu or in Setting Manager windows. The
standard user would think Xubuntu comes with no printer manager utility.
Since system-config-printer is installed by default shouldn't be
same here, 2 icons:
the first is the big one, the real power indicator (clickable menu);
the second is a smaller one replica. It doesn't open any menu but mouseovering
it shows the battery life tooltip.
