Add-ons cannot be installed, the dimensions of the installer window is not
calculated using proper precedence in mind. Installation fails looking for
constructor Dimension(BigDecimal,BigDecimal).
Failiure is due to newer version of groovy (2.4.4+) on newer Linuxes, which use
12.04 still has the bug

Built-in suspend and hibernate doesn't work at all. It worked on
previous releases (maverick, natty)
I've tried using uswsusp, and that produces the same errors.
In the dmesg I find the following:

I've been using the computer with an additional sound card for a while.
Just for the report's sake I've removed the card and retested with the latest
kernel and alsa backport modules from the lucid repository. The playback seems
fine for over two hours of tests.
I think it can be closed.

The playback works perfectly for a random duration (sometimes for an
hour, but more frequently for a few minutes) then it disappears.
I tried to remove pulseaudio altogether, but it does not affect the
sound instability.
This is a kernel regression, as it used to work on Kar

I'm using Ibex now, and the problem persists.
It seems to me, that the application crashes _only_, when it is about to
be added to the panel at startup.
This looks like the initialization of the panel happens earlier than
glipper is available, but I'm only guessing.

The same happened here, on Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex with OO 2.4.
The problem persists when I set the font rendering in Gnome's
"Appearance preferences" to anything, but subpixel smoothing. If I
choose monochrome it even messes up the Gnome menus and desktop. With
