It worked for a time,but now the touch is only recognised on the upper-left
half of screen, using Unity or KDE on Trusty and Unity on a Utopic's live-DVD;
so: yes there is still a problem ;-)

The error was still popping on an ubuntu generic kernel (mainline 3.3 too)
and/or latency kernel, but complaining about the rt-kernel.
This rt-kernel was configured based on abogani's, i recompiled one based on

However here is the oops (even if it's tan old one, it's the same text at

I have a similar problem, it happened me when I updated from Jaunty to
Karmic Alpha 6. The point is that if i boot with the live cd the wifi
works perfectly. Therefore the problem is related with the upgrade :(
