Seems to be corrected in prelude-manager 1.0.1-4.
Debian bugreport : https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=702703
Changes : Replace TYPE=InnoDB with ENGINE=InnoDB in SQL script (Closes:
#702703)
Any chance to see this version packaged for ubuntu 12.04 ?
** Bug watch added: Debian
I confirm that replacement of TYPE=InnoDB with ENGINE=InnoDB in
debian/sql/mysql.sql fixes the problem.
Installation is working as expected after modification and repackaging.

Public bug reported:
Using gsad (greenbone-security-assistant), libmicrohttpd seems to cause
high cpu usage as mentionned here:
http://seclists.org/openvas/2010/q4/210
Compiling libmicrohttpd-0.4.6-1 seems to correct this issue.
** Affects: libmicrohttpd (Ubuntu)
