As outlined in the original description, this package is a dependency of
netbook-launcher-efl which is part of a high priority blueprint for this
cycle. This launcher is a replacement for the clutter-based launcher
used in the normal flavour of UNE to be used on ARM (but not restricted
to ARM)

work. This time you get to see the gnome-keyring dialog box for around a
second before the netbook UI is shown over the top of it. So it looks
like the dialog box is being obscured somewhere later in the chain.

Oliver Grawert saw the problem but here are the instructions to
reproduce. Install with no net connection and select auto-login. When
the new install comes up join a network and enter your credentials. From
then on every boot results in a grey padlock appearing on the left hand
side of the panel
I'd like to see at least this applet 'locked' to the panel, i.e. no way
to remove it, now that the shutdown/reboot options have moved there.
There seems no reason why a user would want to remove the ability to
shutdown/reboot their machine.

Have some more information on this, I managed to get a dm9601 USB nic
working.
Steps taken:
1) Power up b2.0 board.
2) Set date/time correctly.
3) Power down board.
4) Plug in dm9601 based USB nic with network cable inserted.
5) Power back on board.

Using a ASRock G43Twins motherboard to install Karmic Alpha 4 results in
a kernel bug being triggered. Using the alternate CD install I can
manage to install Karmic but on boot I get the same bug. Same happens

Select clone mode in Nvidia control panel.
Both monitors have the new resolution and are clones but the top and
bottom panels are at the top (not fully horizontal) and middle of the
screen (should be bottom)
A sudo umount does remove the drive correctly even when the device isn't
attached and in fact it's seems this is the only way that the device can
be re-recognised.
New users aren't going to umount a device before unplugging it. Can
there be no mechanism for auto detection of this?
