If I change the audio driver in Qsynth, it asks if I want to restart the
engine. If I click Yes, the program freezes.
If I click on the close box, it will eventually close with the usual
message from the system about the program not responding. But it takes a
while for this
Also getting the following messages in the Qsynth message box. Not sure
how relevant these are to the problem.

gnome-sudoku crashes with TypeError when saving a very hard game

This is a continuation of bug 897921 which I've been requested to post
as a new bug. (I think the mention of Precise in the old title is
confusing.)
Hardware is
VGA compatible controller [0300]: VIA Technologies, Inc. CN896/VN896/P4M900
[Chrome 9 HC] [1106:3371] (rev 01)
Public bug reported:
After saving a very hard game, Gnome sudoku won't load. The window
appear briefly and then the program exits.
Launching from command line gives the following message:

I'm seeing the same thing as sergio-br2. I definitely chose English as
the language on bootup.

LiveCD: wrong language selected by
My machine has two internal drives. In addition to the slider bar being
missing, the installer doesn't allow me to choose which drive to install
to.
