I agree with you, we could export the drawing as a bitmap, and then print it or
save it as a pdf file using pdf995 or Inkscape, but this is not usefull for
technical drawing that we intend to modify later on, lines are no longer
modified by the path tool, and I try (but uncessfully) to export it
from the svg file. (here attached an example)
Problem only with pattern (Stripe / Dot and so on)
I use Windows XP professional, adobe 8 and INKSCAPE .46

Finally it was not a bug but a misunderstanding of myself. I am sorry
for the bothering. I discovered it by downloading a different version.
It was doing the same thing. So, I pushed further my trial and error
process and it worked. I figured out how it is working.
Thank you!

hi,
well, whatever, from a linux newbie point of view (which is important
if ubuntu want to get windows users) i installed the OS from scratch and
got this driver.

Hello,
i believe this problem may have been rejected too soon first of all,
the kernel version i had was due to the installation of xen. but, the
bug here occurred much before i ever installed xen, that is with the
kernel version 2.6.20.
to support that, i am now on a fresh install of feisty bet
hi,
well, i installed feisty from scratch, formatting the whole drive. since
then, all i did was add applications through synaptic package manager.
as of this, i have no idea why i don't have the right kernel version
from doing standard basic stuff. could this be a bug?
also, the only thing i did
sure, here it goes.
i jsut tried it again and it crashes systematically when i exit the
preview by the buttong.
