Hello all,
I have the same problem on a laptop Dell Inspiron 6400, running on Hardy. The
video chipset is Intel 945GM.
The system freezes with VLC, mplayer, Totem, xine. It happens sporadically. The
keyboard doesn't respond, neither mouse clicking, but the mouse pointer moves.

Thanks a lot for your package (obex-data-server_0.3.1.-0ubuntu2~test2).
I tried it with a Nokia N70. I restarted the bluetooth service and the
obex-data-server properly. But the bug is still here: when browsing the memory
of the phone, the window is still empty.

So as far as the browsing issue is concerned, I just tried out using the
obex-data-server package from the Intrepid archives, but this does not
help, at least for a Symbian device (Nokia N70). The browsing window is
still empty, exactly as for the

Running Ubuntu Hardy Heron (8.04), testing with a Nokia N70.
I had the same problem: can send files from PC to phone, cannot send files from
phone to PC.
I upgraded the package 'bluez-utils' to the Intrepid version, and now sending
files from the phone to my PC works great.
But still, bro
