I think it is reasonable for .deb developers to use Ubuntu 24.04 LTS or
Ubuntu 25.04 but not use Ubuntu 24.10 any longer. I recommend that we
intentionally skip providing this SRU for Ubuntu 24.10.

From Ubuntu Desktop 25.04, I did:
sudo adduser --allow-all-users t...@canonical.com
I then used the Settings app (gnome-control-center) to make this new
user an Administrator.

I demoted libmanette to universe for questing. I'm leaving this note in
case someone wants to get libmanette into main again.
libmanette was only in main because it is an optional dependency in
webkit2gtk to provide video game controller (gamepad) support.
